Blue is my favourite colour. Blue is the world’s favourite colour. I studied the large, immersive art historical shows from Yayoi Kusama, James Turrell, Doug Wheeler, Leandro Erlich, and Roger Hiorns, reimagining them in blue. Through miniaturisation and lo-fi technology, I presented these shows in small wearable cardboard boxes – insert your head to begin! With participation and teamwork, the audience becomes the viewer, becomes the sculpture, becomes the viewed.
