Cassie Tenebaum

My work is an exploration of lesbian sensuality depicted through delicate snapshots with a focus on the small details, the aspects you notice only after time. In conversation with previous depictions of lesbians in art, I examine what it means to be the producer of your own image. Working with watercolour, I create series of moving images that emphasise the softness of intimate moments within queer relationships.
