My project aimed to represent dancers around Poneke through a film medium. I spent time researching the capacity that dance has to contribute to current conversations and how dancers presently and through history have used it as a form of communication. I enjoyed exploring the ways in which dance is comprehended through a lens and how a camera can be used to expand the reach of dance.
