Sensing Soil is an exploration of using more-than-human design to encourage caring relationships between people and soil. It includes a range of exploratory encounters with soil including microscopy, cyanotypes and participatory Attentive Encounters. The research culminates in a collaborative tapestry, crafted through acts of care between people, soil and myself.
