charmort [live AV] is a showcase of an audiovisual system designed for live electronic music performances. Responding to the physicality lost in performances with digital musical interfaces, the system synchronises lighting with musical performance to substitute lost movement. Through development of custom software, circuitry, and installation approaches, charmort [live AV] is an exploration for performances navigating between dance and ambient.
